Cancellation Policy

N.K Tour & Travels has not yet published fixed cancellation and refund terms on this website. Until it does, the points below describe how we handle changes. Cancellation and refund terms for a particular trip are agreed with you when the trip is confirmed.

Cab services

Tell us as early as you can if your plans change. The terms that apply to your trip, including any cancellation charge, are confirmed in writing (for example by message) when we confirm your booking.

Safari bookings

Safari tickets are issued under the park authorities’ rules, which set their own cancellation and refund conditions. Those rules apply to the safari itself and we cannot change them.

If we have to change or cancel

If we cannot provide a service we have confirmed, we will tell you as soon as we can and discuss alternatives or a refund of any amount you have paid to us.
